The levels that I had stuttering, no longer exhibit stuttering, controls no longer exhibit any delay for movement or interaction, and I can run the game at a higher res via DSR without any framerate/timing issues while maintaining a solid 60fps at highest settings (given I'm using a overclocked 5Ghz 6700K with overclocked GTX 1080 and 16GB of 3400MHz DDR4 - seeing stuttering at 1080p previously was a little annoying to say the least).
